"On Memorial Day I had my first swim. It was fun! Unfortunately, I think I'm tough and I hit my face attempting to crawl out of the pool. I cried briefly but I was fine. My mom and dad always say I need to be more careful because someday I won't have my helmet to protect me!"

It looks like he had a good time! You guys need to come over soon so he can try out the big (probably freezing cold) pool.
